This often neglected and underprioritized process is typically overlooked, yet extremely impactful. Most of us remember defining moments throughout our career – and starting in a new job is often one of those moments.
Onboarding is tied to the overall experience when it comes to joining, working and leaving an organization or a company. It holds a lot of potential when it comes to sense of belonging, accelerating performance and operational efficiencies.

Building cohesive people experiences can be challenging and onboarding in particular is a rapidly evolving field where it very important to get certain things right to avoid loss of talent, motivation and productivity. Technology is increasingly playing a key role but more often it is about taking a user centric approach and connecting the relevant dots.
