Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

If we all belong and see ourselves contributing to a joint purpose it only makes sense to draw on the full horizon of talents and include perspectives that may be different from the ones we are usually surrounded by.

On the contrary if we make the DEI agenda an objective of its own, it risk becoming for the few, token driven and inflated with words and statements that don’t mean much. All of which tends to make companies and organizations operate at the mercy of benchmarking without discovering the true potential of this important agenda.

I’ve had the pleasure of working hands-on with the diversity, inclusion and belonging agenda and have experienced, unleashed and guided the energy that resides within an agenda that all of us can speak to. Once you’ve been deeply involved in diversity. inclusion and belonging work it tends to stay with you which is also the case for me. I take pride in building diverse and very capable teams that join forces on purposeful missions.

Below I’ve added a few pieces of work that although a bit dated still means a lot to me. On the one side the agenda changes a lot these years and at the same time some themes seems to be evergreens that we continuously need to remind ourselves of.
